How to find the right electric scooter spare parts
Start with the full model name, for example Ninebot Max G30 or Xiaomi 4 Pro – it is printed on the rating plate under the deck or on the stem, together with the serial number. The serial number often reveals the version and model year, and the version decides whether a part fits. Then compare the old part with the product images:
- Dimensions: tyres and tubes are marked on the sidewall (for example 10×2.5 or 60/70-6.5); brake discs are measured by diameter and bolt pattern.
- Electrics: chargers and batteries must have the same voltage, connector and polarity as the original.
- Connectors and mounts: count the pins in the connector and compare screw holes and mounting points.
Tyres, brakes and shock absorbers – the wear parts
The parts replaced most often are tyres and tubes, brake pads, brake discs and brake cables. Under tyres and wheels you will find pneumatic tyres, solid tyres and inner tubes sorted by size, and under brakes there are pads, discs, calipers and levers. If the suspension has lost its damping, there are shock absorbers for several models.
Battery, charger and cables
