Terms of purchase
These terms and conditions apply to purchases from Wheelyshop (VIKADI AB, org.nr 559297-7796) via www.wheelyshop.se.
When you make a purchase, you also agree to our privacy policy.
Sales to consumers are regulated, among other things, by Consumer Sales Act, Distance Contracts Act and the right of withdrawal.
1. Agreement
The agreement between the buyer and the seller consists of:
- the information in the online store's ordering solution (incl. price, shipping, delivery, product information)
- any direct correspondence between buyers and Wheelyshop
- these terms and conditions
In the event of conflict, these terms and conditions of purchase take precedence.

3. Prices
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
- Free shipping applies to orders over 699 kr.
- For orders under 699 SEK, a shipping fee will be added according to shipping policy.
- Any shipping costs for returns are stated in section 7. Right of withdrawal & Returns.
Total cost including shipping and fees is always displayed at checkout before purchase.
4. Order & order confirmation
When your order is completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.
Always check the order confirmation – if there is an error, please contact us immediately.
Orders are binding when order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obviously incorrect prices or technical problems.
5. Payment
Available payment methods:
- Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Svea Invoice – pay within 30 days
- Svea Installment Payment – interest-free up to 12 months
- Swish
- Trustly
- Apple Pay/Google Pay
- PayPal

6. Delivery
Deliveries are made according to shipping policy.
- All products: 5–10 business days
- Special orders: up to 20 working days
We ship with PostNord, DHL, UPS, Schenker or FedEx – depending on weight and size. You will always receive a tracking number via email.
In case of delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee (299–4999 SEK depending on weight/volume) to cover return and handling costs.
7. Right of withdrawal & Returns
As a consumer, you have 14-day right of withdrawal from the received goods according to the Distance Contracts Act.
To return, the item must be:
- unused and in new condition
- complete with labels, accessories and original packaging
- well packaged to avoid transport damage
Return costs (deducted upon refund):
- Accessories/spare parts: 89 kr
- Electric scooters/electric bicycles: 699–4999 SEK depending on weight/volume
Register return via the return portal.
Refund will be made within 14 days after received and approved return.
8. Complaints
You have the right to complain for up to 3 years according to the Consumer Sales Act.
Please contact us as soon as possible with the order number, pictures/video of the error and description.
We usually send out spare parts or cover return shipping depending on the situation.
In the event of transport damage, the damage must be documented on both the product and packaging.
9. Warranty
We leave 1 year warranty on all electric scooters and electric bicycles.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and includes: bl.a. motor, control unit and display.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Accidents
- Improper use or maintenance
- Changes or modifications to the electric bicycle/electric scooter
- Use of non-approved spare parts
- Harsh use or extreme weather conditions
- Natural wear and tear on the battery, including reduced capacity or range that occurs over time and through normal use
- Wear or puncture of tires and tubes
- The warranty also does not cover aesthetic defects such as scratches or paint loss.

The warranty does not affect your rights under the Consumer Sales Act.
10. Unredeemed packages & cancelled orders
Unredeemed packages:
If your package is not picked up within the specified time, you will be charged a fee of 299–4999 SEK, depending on weight and volume. The fee covers our actual costs for return shipping and handling. Therefore, avoid extra costs by always picking up your package on time.
Cancel order:
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed and paid for. When the order is completed, an order number is automatically generated, which is sent in your order confirmation and at the same time forwarded to our suppliers to prepare your order as quickly as possible for delivery.
As a customer, you always have the right to 14-day right of withdrawal and can return the item within this time frame. Please note that the return shipping is 89–4999 SEK, depending on the weight and volume of the product, and this is the customer's responsibility. Therefore, it is important that you carefully review your order before payment to avoid unnecessary return costs and transportation.
11. Personal data & integrity
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.
- For delivery & support: stored for 2 years
- For accounting purposes: stored for 7 years
- Marketing only takes place with consent

13. Disputes & team selection
Swedish law applies. Disputes can be tried by The General Complaints Board (ARN).
