Choosing the right OOTD electric scooter – a guide to the models
The OOTD series follows a clear ladder: a higher model number means more battery, motor and weight. Here we go through the models, what the figures mean in practice and which rules apply in Europe.
The models – from the T08 to the T30
OOTD T08 is the entry model and the lightest in the series: 25.16 kg, 500 W (800 W peak), a 48 V 10.4 Ah battery and 30 km of claimed range. OOTD T10 weighs 31 kg, has 500 W (900 W peak), 11-inch off-road tyres and 45 or 60 km of range depending on battery version. OOTD SR1 is the commuter: 26.26 kg, a 1,400 W motor with 27 Nm, a 48 V 20 Ah battery and 70 km of claimed range on standard pneumatic tyres.
Then come the dual-motor models. OOTD T10 Pro has 2 × 900 W (2,600 W peak), 52 V 23.4 Ah, 70 km of range and a 150 kg maximum load. OOTD SR3 has 2 × 1,200 W (3,600 W peak), 60 V 23.4 Ah, 80 km of range and weighs 39.8 kg. The top model OOTD T30 has 2 × 1,600 W, 60 V 31.2 Ah, 100 km of claimed range, 13-inch tyres, a 200 kg maximum load and weighs 60 kg. All of them fold.
Range and battery on OOTD electric scooters
The range is the manufacturer's value under favourable conditions. Expect 60–75 percent of it in practice – cold, hills, high speed and heavy loads shorten the distance. That gives around 20 km for the T08, 45–50 km for the SR1 and T10 Pro, 50–60 km for the SR3 and 60–75 km for the T30. The battery explains the difference: the T08 has about 500 Wh, the SR1 960 Wh, the T10 Pro 1,217 Wh, the SR3 1,404 Wh and the T30 1,872 Wh. Charging time follows the battery: T10 4–5 hours, T08 5–6, T10 Pro 7–8, SR1 9–10 and SR3 12 hours. The T30 has dual charging ports, so with two chargers the time drops from 13 to 4 hours. Motor, hills and weight
Motor output determines acceleration and hill climbing. The T08 and T10 with 500 W manage 20 and 35-degree climbs respectively, the SR1 handles 20 degrees, and the dual-motor T10 Pro, SR3 and T30 manage 25–35 degrees with a load. Top speed is 46 km/h on the T08, 50 km/h on the T10 and SR1 and 65 km/h on the T10 Pro, SR3 and T30. All have a 25 km/h limiter you can activate, but it does not change the classification.
Weight is the practical difference. The T08 and SR1 at 25–26 kg can be lifted up a staircase, the T10 at 31 kg is borderline, while the SR3, T10 Pro and T30 at 40–60 kg are ones you roll to their spot. Maximum load is 100 kg for the T08, 120 kg for the SR1, 150 kg for the T10 and T10 Pro and 200 kg for the T30. The T08, T10 and T10 Pro have an ignition key, while the SR1, SR3 and T30 unlock with an NFC tag.
Comfort, tyres and brakes on an OOTD electric scooter
All models have front and rear suspension, which makes a big difference on gravel and cobbles. The tyres are pneumatic: the SR1 has standard 10-inch pneumatic tyres for tarmac, the T08 and SR3 10-inch off-road tyres, the T10 and T10 Pro 11 inches and the T30 13 inches. No model has puncture-proof tyres or a saddle.
- Brakes: the T08, T10 and SR1 have dual mechanical disc brakes, the SR3 and T10 Pro dual hydraulic disc brakes and the T30 three hydraulic oil disc brakes.
- Lighting: indicators on all models, ambient light on the SR1, SR3, T10 Pro and T30, a horn on the SR3 and T30.

Rules in Europe for OOTD electric scooters
In most EU countries an e-scooter counts as a bicycle only if it is limited to 20–25 km/h and, usually, no more than 250 W of rated motor output. It may then use the cycle path with one rider at a time, while helmet and minimum-age rules vary between countries. No OOTD model meets that: the weakest, the T08, has 500 W and is built for 46 km/h. All are therefore formally treated as mopeds in most countries and, without national registration and insurance, may only be ridden on enclosed private land – the 25 km/h limiter is a software setting and does not change the classification.

The SR1 is the natural commuter choice: 26.26 kg, a 1,400 W motor, 70 km of claimed range, standard pneumatic tyres and an NFC lock. If your journey is shorter, the T08 at 25.16 kg is enough. If you need more power and load capacity, the T10 Pro with dual motors and 150 kg is a step up. Remember that all models are moped class.
Does OOTD have a saddle, an app or suspension?
All models have front and rear suspension plus indicators. No model has a saddle or an app – instead the SR1, SR3 and T30 have an NFC lock and the T08, T10 and T10 Pro an ignition key. Cruise control is fitted to the SR1, SR3 and T30.
