Electric scooter spare parts finder – search by brand and model
Almost every electric scooter part is model-specific: a tyre, charger or display that fits one version will not necessarily fit the next. The spare parts finder at the top of this page takes out the guesswork. Pick your brand and model and you only see parts labelled for it. This guide explains how to identify your exact model, how search and filters work, and what to do when a part is not listed.

Identify the brand, model and version
Knowing the brand is rarely enough. Look for the full designation – it is printed on the rating plate, usually under the deck or on the stem, together with the serial number. If the scooter has an app, such as Segway-Ninebot, the model name is shown there too. The order confirmation and the manual are two other reliable sources. Note the whole name including suffixes such as Pro, Max, Lite or the generation: a Ninebot Max G30 and a Max G2 are different models, and the same goes for successive generations of many scooters.
What differs between versions
Two versions can look identical in a photo yet differ in the details that decide whether a part fits:
- Tyre size: the size is moulded into the sidewall, for example 10×2.5 or 60/70-6.5. Check whether the wheel uses an inner tube or is tubeless.
- Connectors: count the pins and compare the plug shape for display, throttle, lights and motor.
- Charging: voltage and charging plug must match the label on the original charger.
- Brakes and mounts: disc diameter, bolt pattern and screw spacing often change between model years.
Photograph the old part and its markings before you start looking – it makes comparing with the product images easy.
How search and filters work in the spare parts finder
There are two ways in. One is the search box at the top: type a model name or a part and results appear after a couple of characters. The other is the filters. Choose a brand first and the model list unlocks with that brand’s models – leave it on “All models” to see everything for the brand. The category list, or the category buttons below the filters, narrows things down to tyres and wheels, battery, brakes or screen and display, for instance. The line under the filters always tells you what is being shown, and “Clear” resets your choices. Note that a new search replaces the filters – use either search or filters, not both at once.
Reading the results: fit labels, best sellers and Show more
Each card shows category, name, rating and price, and small labels tell you which models the part is listed for. Read them – they are the quickest confirmation that you are in the right place. The list is sorted with best-selling parts first, which usually puts wear parts such as tyres, inner tubes and brake pads near the top. The “Show more” button below the list loads the next batch, and the text beside it shows how far you have come. From a card you can open a quick view or continue to the product page, where dimensions and compatibility are spelled out.
If the part is missing from the finder
Try another route first: search for the name of the part rather than the model, or browse the largest categories – tyres and wheels, brakes, batteries, chargers and displays and electronics. Two of the largest brands also have their own pages: Ninebot and KuKirin. Still nothing? Write to us through the customer service contact form with brand, model, version and a photo of the part, and we will check availability and price with the supplier. We only take such requests in writing, by form or email – the chat cannot place special orders.
Fitting, warranty and delivery
Most people replace tyres, grips, mudguards and lights themselves with ordinary hand tools. Switch the scooter off and unplug the charger before any work, and photograph the cable routing before you disconnect anything. For brakes, battery, electronics and load-bearing parts it is sensible to use a competent workshop if you are unsure. Often, yes. Send a request through the contact form or by email with brand, model, version and a photo, and we will check with the supplier and come back with price and delivery time. Special orders are handled in writing only, not in the chat.
Will a part listed for another version of the same model fit?
Not necessarily. Tyre size, connectors, charging voltage and mounting points can differ between versions and model years. Order parts listed for your exact version first, and compare the measurements with the old part.
