Here you will find KuKirin spare parts for the G series and M series: brakes, tyres and wheels, chargers, controllers, displays, lights and chassis parts. Every part is labelled with the models it fits, so you can repair your electric scooter instead of replacing it.

Guide: how to find the right KuKirin spare parts

A spare part is only right if it fits your exact model. KuKirin has built several generations with similar names, and parts that look alike can have different mounts, connectors or dimensions. That is why the range is organised by model in the product title. This guide walks through the parts group by group and shows what to check before you order.

Which models are KuKirin spare parts available for?

The focus is on the G series: the G2 Pro, G2 Max and G2 Master have the widest choice, followed by the G3, G3 Pro, G4 and G4 Max. For the M series there are selected parts, including a controller, thumb throttle and kickstand for the M5 Pro, a headlight for the M4 and M4 Pro and a footrest for the M4 Pro. For the S1, S2 and S3 there is a folding handlebar. Older scooters may be branded Kugoo instead of KuKirin – the model name is what counts. If you are looking for a complete electric scooter, see KuKirin.

Brakes: pads, discs, calipers and levers

Brakes are what you replace most often. You will find brake pads, brake discs, calipers, brake levers and brake cable. Several brake parts are shared between the G2 Pro and G2 Max, while the G2 Master shares pads with the G4 and the G3 Pro has its own pads. Replace pads in pairs and check the disc at the same time – a scored or warped disc wears new pads quickly.

Tyres, wheels and rims for KuKirin

Tyres come in 8.5, 9 and 10 inch as pneumatic, semi-solid, off-road and studded winter tyres. You can also buy complete front and rear wheels, a rim, wheel covers and bearing kits. The size is printed on the sidewall of your current tyre. More sizes and treads are in the electric scooter tyres category.

Charger, controller, display and throttle

On the electrical side there are original chargers for the G2 Pro, G2 Master, G2 Max, G3 and G3 Pro, controllers for the G2 Pro, G2 Max, G3 and M5 Pro among others, displays, thumb throttles, charging ports, ignition locks with keys and a 1000 W motor for the G2 Max. Chargers and controllers are model-specific: always choose the part labelled for your model and never use a charger with a different voltage or connector. Chargers for other brands are under chargers. Getting more kilometres out of every charge is covered in our guide on how to increase e-scooter and e-bike range.

Lights, indicators and cables

Headlights, rear lights, front and rear indicators, side lights and light circuit boards are available for most G models, along with the handlebar switches for indicators and horn. There are also data cables, main power cables and lamp cables. When a light stops working, the cable or connector is often to blame – check it before replacing the whole lamp.

Chassis, suspension and mudguards

Front and rear mudguards, shock absorbers, swing arms, rocker arms, cross braces, stem with folding mechanism, handlebar, kickstands, rubber deck mats and battery covers are the parts that get damaged in a fall or wear over time. They are shaped for the frame and therefore only fit the model stated.

How to order the right KuKirin spare parts

  1. Read the model name on your electric scooter – for example G2 Pro, G2 Max or G2 Master. They are three different models.
  2. Search for the part name and check that your model is in the product title.
  3. For tyres and wheels: read the size on the tyre sidewall.
  4. Compare mounts and connectors in the photos with your old part.

If the part is not here, search by model in the spare parts portal or browse all spare parts. Unsure about the fit? Customer service will help – a photo of the old part makes it easier.

Frequently asked questions

Which KuKirin spare parts need replacing most often?

Brake pads and tyres wear with every ride and are replaced most often. Next come the parts that take knocks in daily use: mudguards, kickstands, deck mats and lights. Controllers, displays and motors are normally only replaced when something has failed.

Do KuKirin spare parts for the G2 Pro also fit the G2 Max?

Some do. Brake pads, brake disc, caliper, brake lever, throttle, display, data cable and stem lock are sold as shared parts for the G2 Pro and G2 Max. Chargers, controllers, shock absorbers and swing arms are different. What the product title says is what applies.

Which charger fits my KuKirin?

Choose the charger labelled for your model. There is a shared original charger for the G2 Pro and G2 Master and separate chargers for the G2 Max, G3 and G3 Pro. Never use a charger with a different voltage or connector from the one that belongs to the model.

Can I fit KuKirin spare parts myself?

Most riders replace brake pads, tyres, lights, mudguards and kickstands themselves with ordinary hand tools. Always switch the scooter off first. Electrical parts such as the controller and motor require experience with connectors and wiring – otherwise leave the job to a bike or scooter repair shop.

How do I know if my G2 Pro has 8.5-inch or 9-inch wheels?

Read the size on the tyre sidewall. Older G2 Pro scooters have 8.5-inch wheels and newer ones have 9-inch wheels, and there are front wheels and tyres for both. Measure once too often rather than once too little – the wrong size cannot be fitted.
