Electric scooter and bicycle extenders – choose by function
Do you need room for a phone holder, a higher handlebar or a larger platform for luggage? Different extenders serve different purposes. Compare the mounting position, fittings and dimensions: an accessory bar, a stem riser and a rack platform are not interchangeable.

How to choose a handlebar or luggage rack extender

An accessory bar clamps onto the handlebar to create an additional mounting surface. It does not reposition the vehicle’s original grips or controls and should carry only the equipment and load it is designed for. Choose the width to suit your accessories and the space around the display, brake and throttle.
Measure the handlebar at the clamp position, then check the new bar’s diameter against your accessory mount. Shims and adapters must suit the specific product. Stem risers and bar-end extension kits
A stem riser can raise the handlebar on a compatible model. A bar-end extension kit extends the grip area instead and may include sleeves, grips and end plugs. Check the model, generation, connection dimensions and bolt pattern; a similar appearance or shared vehicle brand does not establish compatibility.
The overall length of a component is not always the height gained or the added grip width. Follow its installation instructions and check clearance for cables, brake lines, steering movement and the folding mechanism after fitting.
Luggage rack extensions for bicycles and e-bikes
An extension platform provides a larger surface on an existing rear rack. Compare its dimensions and mounting system with your rack and the bag or box you intend to carry. Check whether brackets and bolts are supplied; a platform is not necessarily a complete luggage rack.

Check the installation details before ordering
Use the instructions for the exact extender and vehicle. Fit the specified hardware and follow the stated tightening torque; do not copy a torque value from another model. Check that everything is secure and that controls, lights and steering remain unobstructed.
If dimensions or fitting details are missing, contact customer service with the model name and photos of the mounting area before buying. You can also compare other accessories if a separate mount would suit your needs better than an extender.
