Withdraw from contract
Under EU consumer rules you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. This is where you notify us online. Please note: an order that has already been shipped cannot be stopped. You receive the parcel and then return the goods in line with our return policy.
Before you withdraw
Good to know.
- The order has not been shipped yet: we check whether it can still be stopped. The order may already be on its way in the transport chain and can then no longer be cancelled – in that case the purchase is refunded after the return.
- The order has been shipped: it cannot be cancelled. Receive or collect the parcel, withdraw here and send the goods back within 14 days. You bear the return cost as set out in the return policy. If you do not collect the parcel, return shipping is charged as set out in the shipping policy.
- Electric vehicles: check the vehicle without riding it, in its original packaging. A used electric vehicle is not taken back.
