How to choose the right ZONVEER electric bike
Start with where you will ride. The ZX3 and M20 are built for gravel, forest tracks and light off-road riding and have plenty of power, while the M26 is a nimble e-bike for commuting and errands in town. Weight differs too: the ZX3 weighs as much as a light motorbike, while the M26 can be lifted onto a bike rack.
ZX3 – ZONVEER electric dirt bike for off-road
The ZX3 has a hub motor with 1,500 W rated power (2,800 W peak according to the manufacturer) and 110 Nm of torque. The 48 V 25 Ah battery is removable, and the manufacturer states up to 105 km of range with pedal assist. 19-inch off-road tyres, front and rear suspension and hydraulic disc brakes keep it stable on rough ground. NFC unlocking, indicators and a horn come as standard. It weighs 59 kg.
M20 – ZONVEER fat bike with long range
The M20 has wide 20 × 4.0-inch tyres for grip in sand, snow and gravel, front and rear suspension, a Shimano 7-speed and dual disc brakes. According to the manufacturer the 48 V 18.2 Ah battery gives up to 160 km with pedal assist – considerably less on throttle only. Cruise control and a USB port make longer rides comfortable. M26 – lightweight ZONVEER e-bike for everyday riding
The M26 has 26-inch pneumatic tyres, a 250 W motor, 7 gears and disc brakes and weighs 27 kg. The 36 V 10 Ah battery is removable and, according to the manufacturer, lasts 64–80 km with pedal assist. It suits riders from about 165 to 188 cm and is the model to choose if you mainly ride to work or school.
Range and battery – how far a ZONVEER electric bike goes
The stated ranges apply with low pedal assist, flat roads and a light rider. Expect less on throttle, on hills and in the cold. The batteries are removable and charge indoors from a normal wall socket in about 4–8 hours depending on the model. Rules and speed limiter for ZONVEER electric bikes
In the EU an e-bike counts as a bicycle when the motor assists up to 25 km/h and the rated power is no more than 250 W. The M26 is built around those limits.
