Two battery options – choose the right range for your needs

The OOTD T10 comes in two different versions depending on which battery you choose. One variant has a 48V 13.5Ah lithium battery with a range of up to 45 km, while the other is equipped with a more powerful 48V 18Ah battery that provides up to 60 km of range on a single charge. Both versions support fast charging (about 4–5 hours), so you're quickly back out on the roads.

High top speed and a strong motor.

With a nominal motor output of 500W and a peak output of a full 900W, the OOTD T10 handles steep hills of up to 35° without any problem. It tops out at 50 km/h and offers three different riding modes – Eco, Low and High – so you can adjust your speed to your needs, whether you're riding in city traffic or out on the open road.

Comfortable riding with dual shock absorbers.

To give you a smooth and stable riding experience, the electric scooter is equipped with shock absorption both front and rear. Whether you're riding over manhole covers, uneven asphalt or gravel roads, the suspension absorbs the bumps effectively. Test results show that vibrations are reduced by up to 55% compared to models without shock absorbers – making every ride more comfortable, even over longer distances.

Safer riding with powerful disc brakes.

The OOTD T10 has two large 140 mm disc brakes – one front and one rear – that give you fast and safe braking action even at higher speeds. The independent braking system reduces the risk of overheating and provides a reliable feel in all weather conditions.

Stability and comfort in every detail.

The extra-wide 50 cm footplate with silicone anti-slip provides a secure feel while you ride, even at high speeds. With a maximum load of 150 kg, it suits both individual riders and shorter trips with a passenger. The recommended height is between 160 and 200 cm, making it optimal for adult users.

Smart and safe design for all conditions.

The OOTD T10 is equipped with turn signals that cover 270° around the scooter and make you visible in traffic – even in the dark. The front LED headlight spreads light across four lanes and makes it easy to see the road ahead of you. Add the electric horn and emergency brake light, and you get an electric scooter that prioritizes your safety in every situation.

Thanks to the smooth folding system, you can easily fold up your electric scooter in just a few seconds. Its compact weight makes it easy to fit in the trunk of your car or under your desk at the office. The 31 kg weight makes it sturdy but still manageable to carry when needed.

Shipping terms

• Free shipping: applies to orders from €69.90 across the EU.
• Shipping cost: for orders under €69.90, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Delivery times

• All products: delivery time is 5–10 working days.
• Special orders: for special orders placed by email, such as spare parts, delivery can take up to 20 working days.

Home delivery or pickup point

• Electric scooters and e-bikes: always delivered to your door, free of charge.
• On delivery day: you are responsible for being available at the given address – the carrier will usually contact you in advance to arrange a time.
• Pickup point instead: contact the carrier directly to change the delivery method.
• Smaller parcels: if the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, you will receive a notification about collection or a new delivery attempt.

Warranty period

• 2-year warranty: applies to all products – electric vehicles, accessories and spare parts – in addition to your statutory rights.
• No exceptions: no shorter warranty periods for individual components.

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing and material defects: on electric vehicles this includes the battery, motor, controller, display and the supplied charger.
• Approved claims: we send spare parts, arrange a repair or replace the product – and we pay for parts, labour and shipping.

What to do if something is wrong

• Register the claim with us first: via customer service – always before going to a local workshop.
• Attach photos and video: this speeds up the assessment.
• Keep the box: the original box is needed if the product has to be sent in.

EU-wide rules

• Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
• Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
• More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
