Product description

Wheely Y3 – electric dirt bike for kids with a 350 W motor.

Wheely Y3 is a compact electric dirt bike for younger riders who want a genuine dirt bike feel in a format designed for children. The model is recommended from age 7 and combines a 350 W motor with three riding modes and a top speed of up to 25 km/h.

With a 36 V 5.2 Ah battery, the Y3 has a stated range of up to approximately 15 km. Front and rear suspension, 12-inch air-filled off-road tyres and a low net weight of 19 kg make the model suited to varied riding and a more manageable format for younger riders.

350 W motor with 20 Nm of torque.

Wheely Y3 is powered by a 350 W electric motor that provides power for both acceleration and riding on varied surfaces. The motor has a stated torque of 20 Nm, which gives the responsiveness needed for a compact electric dirt bike.

The combination of 350 W motor power and the relatively light format makes the Y3 suited to younger riders who want to experience electric dirt bike riding without moving up to a larger adult model.

Up to 25 km/h with three riding modes.

Wheely Y3 reaches a maximum speed of up to 25 km/h. The model has three riding modes, making it possible to adapt the ride to the rider's experience and situation.

The different riding modes make it possible to start more cautiously and choose another mode once the rider has become more used to the model. For an electric dirt bike for children, it is practical to be able to adjust the riding step by step according to experience and surface.

Climbing ability of approximately 10–15 degrees.

The Y3 has a stated climbing ability of approximately 10–15°. This makes the model useful even on stretches where the surface is not completely flat.

How the model performs on uphill slopes is affected by factors such as rider weight, battery level and surface. The maximum recommended rider weight is 50 kg, which is important to consider in order to get a riding feel close to the stated specifications.

36 V 5.2 Ah battery with approximately 15 km of range.

Wheely Y3 uses a 36 V 5.2 Ah battery that provides a stated range of up to approximately 15 km under favourable conditions.

The actual range is affected by speed, selected riding mode, rider weight, temperature, slopes and surface. Riding at higher speed or on more demanding terrain can therefore reduce the range compared with calmer riding.

Charging in approximately 8–9 hours.

The battery has a stated charging time of approximately 8–9 hours. This makes it easy to charge the model between uses and prepare it for the next ride.

For best use, charging should always follow the instructions in the user manual and use a charger intended for the model.

Front and rear suspension.

Wheely Y3 is equipped with both front and rear suspension. This helps absorb shocks and vibrations when the surface becomes uneven and suits the model's dirt bike-inspired design.

Full suspension allows the Y3 to handle uneven surfaces more smoothly than a completely rigid design. It also contributes to a more comfortable feel for the rider while riding.

12-inch air-filled off-road tyres.

The Y3 uses 12-inch air-filled off-road tyres. The coarser tread pattern is suited to more varied surfaces and gives the model the distinct off-road character associated with an electric dirt bike.

Because the tyres are air-filled, they also help absorb minor irregularities in the ground. Correct tyre pressure is important for grip, comfort and how the model behaves while riding.

Front light for better visibility.

Wheely Y3 is equipped with a front light. It helps make the area in front of the model more visible when light conditions deteriorate.

The light complements the model's other equipment and gives the Y3 a more complete look as an electric dirt bike.

Key start for clear activation.

The Y3 has an ignition key, which provides a clear start function before the model can be used. The key makes it easier for an adult to control when the vehicle is activated.

One key is included in the package together with the other parts needed to get started with the model.

IPX4 for protection against water splashes.

Wheely Y3 has an IPX4 rating. This means the model has protection against water splashes during normal use.

However, IPX4 does not mean that the dirt bike should be submerged in water or exposed to a strong water jet. The battery, connectors and electronics should always be handled carefully in wet conditions.

Suited to younger riders.

Wheely Y3 is recommended from age 7 and has a recommended rider height of approximately 120 cm. The maximum rider weight is 50 kg.

The model measures approximately 1060 × 540 × 660 mm and has a net weight of 19 kg. The compact format makes the Y3 considerably smaller than a full-size dirt bike and better suited to younger users.

Complete package with the essentials from the start.

The package includes Wheely Y3, key, tool kit and user manual. This provides the key parts needed to assemble and use the model according to the instructions.

Always check that all parts are correctly assembled before the first ride and that the rider uses suitable protective equipment.

Choose Wheely Y3 for compact electric riding fun.

Wheely Y3 combines a 350 W motor with 20 Nm of torque, three riding modes and a top speed of up to 25 km/h. A 36 V 5.2 Ah battery provides up to approximately 15 km of range, while front and rear suspension and 12-inch air-filled off-road tyres make the model suited to varied surfaces.

With a net weight of 19 kg, a maximum rider weight of 50 kg and a recommended age from 7, the Y3 is designed as a compact electric dirt bike for younger riders. Order Wheely Y3 from Wheelyshop and choose an electric dirt bike in a child-friendly format.

Laws & rules

EU-wide rules
  • Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
  • Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
  • More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
