Long range for smooth everyday travel.

With a powerful 48V 18Ah lithium battery, you get an impressive range of up to 50 km. This makes the Wheely – J11 Max an excellent option for both commuters and recreational riders who want to avoid charging stress. The 6–9 hour charging time means you can easily charge it overnight and be ready for new adventures the next day.

Motor with enough power for hills.

The brushless motor with 1200W maximum power (800W nominal) not only provides powerful acceleration but also makes it easy to climb hills with inclines of up to 20°. It responds instantly and gives you a smooth, strong riding experience, whether you're riding in the city or in hilly terrain.

Rough 11-inch tyres that handle off-road.

The 11-inch air-filled off-road tyres (approx. 28 cm in diameter) provide outstanding grip and shock absorption. The coarse-tread tyres let you easily get around on wet bike paths, cobblestones and gravel roads — with maximum comfort and stability.

Advanced shock absorption for a smooth ride.

The Wheely – J11 Max is equipped with six shock absorbers: four at the front and two at the rear. Together they smooth out bumps and vibrations from the surface, making every ride more comfortable — whether you're riding on city streets or bumpy bike paths.

Dual disc brakes for safety in every situation.

With two powerful disc brakes, one at the front and one at the rear, you get fast, precise braking even at high speeds. The system is built to give you full control and increased safety during quick stops, regardless of the surface.

Built for Nordic weather.

Thanks to the IPX5 rating, the electric scooter is resistant to water splashes from all directions. This means you can ride safely even when it's raining or the road is wet — perfect for Swedish weather conditions. You don't have to worry about bad weather and can ride all year round.

Easy to fold and take with you.

The Wheely – J11 Max is fully foldable and fits easily in the trunk of your car. Weighing only 27.8 kg, it's easy to handle when transporting and storing. Perfect for anyone who wants to bring their e-scooter on holiday or between home and work.

Adapted for everyone — adjustable handlebars and saddle.

The handlebars can be adjusted in height between approx. 98 cm and 127 cm, while the removable saddle can be set between approx. 70 cm and 80 cm. This means both teenagers and adults, whatever their height, can find a comfortable riding position. Ride however you like — standing or sitting.

Two riding modes — sit or stand.

With the soft, wide saddle, you can ride comfortably seated on longer trips. Or remove the saddle and ride standing with full control via the stable footboards. The J11 Max adapts to your style, whether you want to ride fast or in comfort.

Lighting for safe evening rides.

Equipped with a headlight, brake light, turn signals and LED strips along the footboard, you're clearly visible in the dark. The advanced lighting improves visibility for you and makes you more visible to other road users — an important safety factor for evening and winter riding.

Full control with LED display.

The clear digital display shows speed, gear position, battery level and distance traveled in real time. You can also activate cruise control to maintain a constant speed — perfect for longer distances without interruptions. An intelligent detail that makes a big difference in everyday life.

Shipping terms

• Free shipping: applies to orders from €69.90 across the EU.
• Shipping cost: for orders under €69.90, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Delivery times

• All products: delivery time is 5–10 working days.
• Special orders: for special orders placed by email, such as spare parts, delivery can take up to 20 working days.

Home delivery or pickup point

• Electric scooters and e-bikes: always delivered to your door, free of charge.
• On delivery day: you are responsible for being available at the given address – the carrier will usually contact you in advance to arrange a time.
• Pickup point instead: contact the carrier directly to change the delivery method.
• Smaller parcels: if the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, you will receive a notification about collection or a new delivery attempt.

Warranty period

• 2-year warranty: applies to all products – electric vehicles, accessories and spare parts – in addition to your statutory rights.
• No exceptions: no shorter warranty periods for individual components.

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing and material defects: on electric vehicles this includes the battery, motor, controller, display and the supplied charger.
• Approved claims: we send spare parts, arrange a repair or replace the product – and we pay for parts, labour and shipping.

What to do if something is wrong

• Register the claim with us first: via customer service – always before going to a local workshop.
• Attach photos and video: this speeds up the assessment.
• Keep the box: the original box is needed if the product has to be sent in.

EU-wide rules

• Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
• Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
• More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
