Product description
Product description
RACCEWAY CITY 45 – powerful electric moped for smooth city riding.
RACCEWAY CITY 45 is a modern electric moped for those who want a comfortable, quiet and economical option for everyday trips. With a 2000W motor, a top speed of up to 45 km/h and a 72V 20Ah battery with a range of up to 60 km, the model is well suited for commuting, shopping and shorter outings. It combines a sturdy construction with a comfortable seating position, front and rear suspension and practical equipment for both rider and passenger.
2000W motor with a top speed of up to 45 km/h.
RACCEWAY CITY 45 is powered by an electric motor with 2000W nominal power and up to 2500W maximum peak power. The motor provides smooth acceleration and a quiet riding experience without traditional exhaust emissions while riding.
The maximum speed is electronically limited to 45 km/h. With a specified climbing ability of up to 18 degrees, the CITY 45 also handles hillier roads. Three riding modes make it possible to adapt the ride to different situations and desired performance.
72V 20Ah battery with a range of up to 60 km.
RACCEWAY CITY 45 is equipped with a 72V 20Ah lead battery with a nominal energy capacity of 1440 Wh. The battery provides a stated maximum range of up to approximately 60 km per charge, making the moped practical for both daily trips and longer rides.
The actual range varies depending on the rider's weight, speed, temperature, terrain and riding conditions.
The battery is permanently mounted and cannot be removed for separate charging. The moped is therefore charged directly from a power outlet using the included charger. A full charge takes approximately 6–8 hours.
Front and rear suspension for better comfort.
The CITY 45 has both front and rear suspension that helps absorb vibrations and shocks from uneven asphalt, cobblestones and minor potholes.
The comfortable saddle has a seat height of approximately 750 mm and provides a natural riding position. The model is also designed for two people, making it possible to carry a passenger within the maximum load limit.
10-inch pneumatic tyres and a reliable braking system.
RACCEWAY CITY 45 is equipped with 10-inch air-filled tyres front and rear. The tyres contribute to good stability and comfort when riding on regular city roads.
The braking system consists of a front disc brake and a rear drum brake. The combination provides controlled braking power in normal city riding and contributes to a more secure riding experience.
Lighting, indicators and practical features.
RACCEWAY CITY 45 has front and rear lighting that improves visibility when riding in darker environments. Integrated indicators make it easy to signal turns, while the electric horn helps you get the attention of other road users.
The moped also has rear-view mirrors, an ignition lock with key and a remote key. The easily accessible instrument panel and the ergonomic handlebar controls make the CITY 45 practical for daily use.
Sturdy construction with a capacity of 150 kg.
RACCEWAY CITY 45 has a robust construction with a maximum load capacity of 150 kg, including rider, passenger and any luggage.
The moped measures approximately 1840 x 730 x 1050 mm and has a net weight of approximately 90 kg. The combination of a stable frame, suspension and comfortable saddle makes the model well suited for regular use.
With a top speed of 45 km/h, the model belongs to the speed class for class I mopeds. Riding on public roads requires, among other things, the correct driving licence category, registration and traffic insurance.
RACCEWAY CITY 45 for comfortable and economical commuting.
RACCEWAY CITY 45 combines a 2000W motor with up to 2500W peak power, a 72V 20Ah battery and a range of up to 60 km. Three riding modes, front and rear suspension, 10-inch pneumatic tyres and a comfortable saddle for two people provide a practical solution for everyday transport.
Front and rear lighting, indicators, electric horn, rear-view mirrors and key start complete the equipment.

Laws & rules
Laws & rules
EU-wide rules
- Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
- Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
- More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
