Product description

Nanrobot GTR – powerful electric cross bike for off-road riding.

The Nanrobot GTR is an electric cross bike built for those who want to combine high motor output, long range and a construction designed for varied terrain. With a 2000W motor, a top speed of up to 58 km/h and a strong torque of 136Nm, you have plenty of performance for gravel tracks, trails and private off-road areas. The large removable 48V 20.7Ah battery gives a range of up to 62 km, making the Nanrobot GTR suitable for both longer rides and more intensive riding sessions. The combination of hydraulic suspension, chunky off-road tyres and hydraulic disc brakes also gives a more controlled and comfortable riding experience when the terrain becomes uneven.

2000W motor with power for varied terrain.

The Nanrobot GTR is driven by a 2000W motor that gives fast response and stable power even when the pace increases. The electric cross bike reaches a top speed of up to 58 km/h and has a stated climbing ability of 15 degrees. The 136Nm torque provides extra force when accelerating or navigating more demanding terrain. Three riding modes make it possible to adjust response and performance to the situation. You can choose a calmer setting when you want to prioritise control and range, or make more use of the motor's capacity when the terrain demands it. This makes the Nanrobot GTR a flexible electric cross bike for both newcomers and more experienced riders.

Long range with removable 48V battery.

A 48V 20.7Ah battery gives the Nanrobot GTR a range of up to 62 km in favourable conditions. The long battery life is particularly well suited to when you want to ride for longer without planning frequent charging stops. The battery is also removable, which makes charging more convenient if the electric cross bike is stored in a garage, storage room or a location without a power socket. A full charge takes approximately 7–8 hours. The battery has built-in protection and the controller is also protected, contributing to a safer electric drivetrain. Actual range is always affected by rider weight, speed, temperature, terrain and riding style.

Hydraulic front and rear suspension.

To handle uneven surfaces, the Nanrobot GTR is equipped with full suspension. At the front is a hydraulic fork with approximately 95 mm of travel, and at the rear a hydraulic nitrogen shock absorber. The system works to absorb impacts from gravel, smaller potholes and uneven trails before they reach the rider. The result is better contact with the ground and less strain during longer rides. For those looking for an electric cross bike for off-road use, the suspension is an important part of the package as it both improves comfort and helps maintain control when the terrain changes quickly.

Off-road tyres with grip on loose surfaces.

The Nanrobot GTR has a 20-inch front tyre and an 18-inch rear tyre with an air-filled off-road tread pattern. The chunky tyres are designed with a pronounced tread for better grip on gravel, dirt and other loose surfaces. The larger front wheel helps roll over bumps while the smaller rear wheel contributes to a compact and responsive design. Together with the robust steel frame, the wheel setup gives the electric cross bike a stable character. The recommended maximum rider weight is 120 kg and the net weight of the vehicle is approximately 62 kg.

Hydraulic disc brakes for controlled stopping.

When an electric cross bike can reach higher speeds, the braking system is especially important. The Nanrobot GTR is therefore fitted with two hydraulic disc brakes, one at the front and one at the rear. The separate brake levers make it possible to modulate braking force and adapt deceleration to the terrain and situation. Hydraulic brakes also give consistent and precise response with less hand effort than many simpler mechanical systems. The combination of brake discs, off-road tyres and full suspension creates a more predictable feel when riding on both hard and softer surfaces.

Lighting and controls grouped at the handlebars.

The Nanrobot GTR has a front headlight and a rear brake light for improved visibility in lower light. At the handlebars there are also hazard lights, an electric horn, a lighting switch, gear selector and a twist throttle. The ignition key helps prevent unauthorised use when the electric cross bike is parked. A display gives the rider information during the ride and the controls are positioned so that important functions are close to hand. The GTR is also equipped with footpegs, a saddle and a stand, giving a riding position that resembles a compact cross motorbike more than a traditional electric bicycle.

Robust construction for active riding sessions.

The steel frame is built to give the Nanrobot GTR a stable foundation during off-road riding. The electric cross bike measures approximately 1570 x 780 x 1030 mm and has a net weight of 62 kg, while the gross weight is around 67 kg. The IP54 rating provides some protection against dust and water splashes, but the product should not be ridden through deep water or subjected to pressure washing. The model is CE, RoHS and FCC certified according to the stated product data. The speed limiter can be adjusted, giving an additional option to tailor the riding experience to the rider and intended use.

A complete electric cross bike for those who want to ride further.

The Nanrobot GTR brings together a 2000W motor, up to 62 km of range, a removable battery, full hydraulic suspension and dual hydraulic disc brakes in a robust electric cross bike for off-road riding. The package includes a tool kit, battery charger, key, number plate and footpegs, so you receive the most important accessories together with the vehicle. For those looking for a powerful electric cross bike with long battery life and equipment suited to varied terrain, the GTR is an interesting option. Order the Nanrobot GTR from Wheelyshop and get an electric cross bike built for longer and more demanding rides. Always check current local traffic regulations before use on public roads.

Laws & rules

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.

If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.

Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.

Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.

Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.

We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.
