The iScooter W7 delivers a top speed of 35 km/h and comes set to 25 km/h by default to comply with the rules for use in many cities. Removing the speed limit is easy, however – just hold down the brake and press the start button five times. The iScooter W7's powerful 350W motor gives it smooth, dynamic acceleration, ideal for city traffic. The scooter also handles inclines of up to 15°, making it perfect for both flat city streets and lighter hills.

Versatile riding modes for every need.

The iScooter W7 offers four different riding modes, making it versatile enough for both relaxed rides and higher speeds. Walk Mode provides a smooth, comfortable top speed of 10 km/h, perfect for walking or moving through crowds. ECO Mode takes you to a speed of 20 km/h and is optimal for saving energy and longer trips. If you want more power, choose D Mode for 30 km/h, or ride in S Mode for maximum performance and a speed of 35 km/h.

Comfort & safety in focus.

With shock absorbers both front and rear, the W7 is designed to deliver a comfortable ride even on uneven surfaces. Thanks to E-ABS and disc brakes, you can feel safe whenever you need to slow down or stop quickly. With 8.5-inch pneumatic tyres, you get excellent road holding and shock absorption, letting you ride smoothly and safely in different environments.

The iScooter W7 is powered by a 36V 7.8Ah battery that provides a range of up to 30 km per charge, perfect for daily trips or longer weekend rides. When it's time to charge, you only need 5–6 hours to fully recharge the battery, making it easy to charge at night or during the workday.

Stylish design & robust construction.

The W7 has an IP54 rating, making it resistant to water splashes and dust, ideal for the changing weather in many cities. The scooter is designed with the user in mind, measuring 1100 x 450 x 1135 mm for a comfortable, stable riding position. The maximum weight is recommended at 100 kg, making it suitable for most adults.

Shipping terms

• Free shipping: applies to orders from €69.90 across the EU.
• Shipping cost: for orders under €69.90, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Delivery times

• All products: delivery time is 5–10 working days.
• Special orders: for special orders placed by email, such as spare parts, delivery can take up to 20 working days.

Home delivery or pickup point

• Electric scooters and e-bikes: always delivered to your door, free of charge.
• On delivery day: you are responsible for being available at the given address – the carrier will usually contact you in advance to arrange a time.
• Pickup point instead: contact the carrier directly to change the delivery method.
• Smaller parcels: if the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, you will receive a notification about collection or a new delivery attempt.

Warranty period

• 2-year warranty: applies to all products – electric vehicles, accessories and spare parts – in addition to your statutory rights.
• No exceptions: no shorter warranty periods for individual components.

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing and material defects: on electric vehicles this includes the battery, motor, controller, display and the supplied charger.
• Approved claims: we send spare parts, arrange a repair or replace the product – and we pay for parts, labour and shipping.

What to do if something is wrong

• Register the claim with us first: via customer service – always before going to a local workshop.
• Attach photos and video: this speeds up the assessment.
• Keep the box: the original box is needed if the product has to be sent in.

EU-wide rules

• Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
• Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
• More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
