The HX X8 is equipped with a powerful motor that delivers a nominal output of 350W and can reach up to 700W at maximum load. This motor provides impressive acceleration and enough power to handle uphill climbs with an incline of up to 15°. With a top speed of 32 km/h, the HX X8 is perfect for quick commutes and longer rides through the city.

Smooth battery function with removable design.

One of the most outstanding features of the HX X8 is its innovative battery solution. The removable battery function makes it easy to swap and charge the battery without hassle. The battery has a capacity of 36V and 10.4Ah, providing a range of up to 45 km on a single charge. With a charging time of just 3 hours, it's easy to keep the HX X8 ready for the next adventure. If you need even longer range, you can easily switch to an extra battery to double your riding distance.

Comfort & safety on the road.

The HX X8 is equipped with large 10-inch pneumatic tyres that offer excellent shock absorption and puncture protection. These tyres let you easily navigate over uneven surfaces and get a smooth and pleasant ride. To guarantee your safety, the HX X8 is equipped with a comprehensive braking system that includes disc brakes, E-ABS and a foot brake. In addition, the IPX4-rated water resistance provides peace of mind when riding in light rain.

With three different riding modes - Eco, Comfort and Pro - you can easily adapt your riding experience to your needs and conditions. Eco mode is ideal for longer rides with minimal battery use, while Comfort mode offers balanced performance for everyday use. Shipping terms

• Free shipping: applies to orders from €69.90 across the EU.
• Shipping cost: for orders under €69.90, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Delivery times

• All products: delivery time is 5–10 working days.
• Special orders: for special orders placed by email, such as spare parts, delivery can take up to 20 working days.

Home delivery or pickup point

• Electric scooters and e-bikes: always delivered to your door, free of charge.
• On delivery day: you are responsible for being available at the given address – the carrier will usually contact you in advance to arrange a time.
• Pickup point instead: contact the carrier directly to change the delivery method.
• Smaller parcels: if the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, you will receive a notification about collection or a new delivery attempt.

Warranty period

• 2-year warranty: applies to all products – electric vehicles, accessories and spare parts – in addition to your statutory rights.
• No exceptions: no shorter warranty periods for individual components.

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing and material defects: on electric vehicles this includes the battery, motor, controller, display and the supplied charger.
• Approved claims: we send spare parts, arrange a repair or replace the product – and we pay for parts, labour and shipping.

What to do if something is wrong

• Register the claim with us first: via customer service – always before going to a local workshop.
• Attach photos and video: this speeds up the assessment.
• Keep the box: the original box is needed if the product has to be sent in.
• Terms: read the full warranty terms.

EU-wide rules

• Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
• Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
• More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.

• Austria: e-scooters up to 600 W and 25 km/h follow bicycle rules; children under 12 only with supervision or a cycling licence; helmet mandatory under 16. Source: oesterreich.gv.at.
• Belgium: minimum age 16, max 25 km/h, bicycle rules, no passengers, never on the pavement; helmet mandatory from 1 September 2026 for scooters faster than 20 km/h. Source: belgium.be.
