Powerful motor and innovative Boost function.

The ENGWE L20 Boost is powered by a strong motor with a nominal output of 250W and a maximum capacity of 500W. With an impressive torque of 75 Nm, the bike delivers enough power to handle steep inclines up to 17.8%. Activating the new "Boost" button gives you instant extra power, making it easy to conquer hills and quick accelerations when needed.

Long range and portable battery.

With a removable 48V 13Ah battery, the ENGWE L20 Boost offers a range of up to 126 km in assist mode, making it ideal for longer trips without worrying about charging. The battery is easy to remove and charge, letting you charge it anywhere there's a power outlet. A full charge takes between 6–7 hours, perfect for overnight charging ahead of the next day's adventure.

Adjustable riding modes & smart torque sensor.

The e-bike is equipped with an advanced torque sensor that delivers responsive, smooth assistance by adapting the motor power based on your pedaling. With five different assist levels, you choose how much help you want. This sensor is up to 20% more efficient than traditional cadence sensors and offers a more natural, adaptable riding feel.

Comfortable, stable ride with shock absorber.

To ensure a comfortable ride, even on uneven surfaces, the L20 Boost is equipped with a mechanical front-fork shock absorber that handles bumps and potholes effectively. The wide 20x4-inch pneumatic tyres provide extra grip and stability, making the bike just as comfortable to ride on gravel roads as in the city.

Robust design with high capacity.

With a durable aluminium alloy frame, the ENGWE L20 Boost is built to last. It can carry a weight of up to 120 kg and is suitable for riders between 155 and 185 cm tall. The sleek green colour "YS-7686 Green" gives the bike a unique, fresh look. In addition, the bike has both a practical front basket that can carry up to 10 kg and a rear rack for heavier loads up to 25 kg, making it perfect for both commuting and adventure.

Effective disc brakes and LED lights for safety.

Safety is a priority with two powerful disc brakes, one front and one rear, providing fast and effective braking even at higher speeds. The bike is equipped with both front and rear LED lights, helping you stay visible in the dark. Shipping terms

• Free shipping: applies to orders from €69.90 across the EU.
• Shipping cost: for orders under €69.90, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Delivery times

• All products: delivery time is 5–10 working days.
• Special orders: for special orders placed by email, such as spare parts, delivery can take up to 20 working days.

Home delivery or pickup point

• Electric scooters and e-bikes: always delivered to your door, free of charge.
• On delivery day: you are responsible for being available at the given address – the carrier will usually contact you in advance to arrange a time.
• Pickup point instead: contact the carrier directly to change the delivery method.
• Smaller parcels: if the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, you will receive a notification about collection or a new delivery attempt.

Warranty period

• 2-year warranty: applies to all products – electric vehicles, accessories and spare parts – in addition to your statutory rights.
• No exceptions: no shorter warranty periods for individual components.

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing and material defects: on electric vehicles this includes the battery, motor, controller, display and the supplied charger.
• Approved claims: we send spare parts, arrange a repair or replace the product – and we pay for parts, labour and shipping.

What to do if something is wrong

• Register the claim with us first: via customer service – always before going to a local workshop.
• Attach photos and video: this speeds up the assessment.
• Keep the box: the original box is needed if the product has to be sent in.

EU-wide rules

• Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
• Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
• More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
