The Duotts C29-S is a versatile electric bike for anyone who wants to combine a strong motor, long range and a classic bicycle feel in a relatively light format. The rear hub motor delivers 750W of power and 65 Nm of torque, while the removable 48V 12Ah battery provides up to 60 km of range with pedal assist. The Duotts C29-S is powered by a 48V 750W rear hub motor that gives strong response when accelerating and extra help on climbs. The 65 Nm of torque makes it easier to get going from a standstill and keep a steady pace when the terrain gets more demanding. The electric bike handles gradients of up to 30 degrees under suitable conditions. The factory setting limits both pedal assist and throttle to 25 km/h, while the technical top speed after unlocking is around 45–50 km/h where such use is permitted.

48V 12Ah battery with up to 60 km of range.

The removable 48V 12Ah battery gives the Duotts C29-S good range for both everyday use and leisure. With pedal assist, range can reach around 50–60 km, while fully electric riding gives roughly 25–30 km depending on load and riding conditions. The battery is easily detached for charging at home or at work. A full charge takes around 7–8 hours with the included 54.6V 2A charger. Range is affected by factors such as speed, assistance level, rider weight, temperature, terrain and tyre pressure.

6 assistance levels for tailored riding.

The Duotts C29-S has 6 levels from 0 to 5, where level 0 means the motor assistance is not active. The higher levels give progressively more help from the motor and let you adapt the ride to traffic, terrain and the energy consumption you want. On flat stretches a lower assistance level helps save battery, while higher levels give more support in headwinds or on climbs. This makes the electric bike flexible for both relaxed commuting and more active riding.

100 mm front suspension with lockout.

The front fork has 100 mm of travel and helps absorb vibrations from uneven tarmac, gravel, kerbs and small potholes. The suspension is not adjustable but has a lockout function that lets you lock the fork when you want a firmer feel on smooth roads. The combination of front suspension and 26-inch pneumatic tyres gives better comfort on longer rides and makes the Duotts C29-S more versatile on varied surfaces.

The Duotts C29-S uses 26 × 2.125-inch pneumatic tyres. The size gives a good balance between stability, comfort and efficiency and suits both city streets and simpler gravel roads. The pneumatic tyres help absorb minor bumps before they reach the frame and fork, giving a smoother ride. The tyres have no reflective strip, so the integrated lighting and standard reflectors play an important role in visibility in darker conditions.

Hydraulic ZOOM disc brakes front and rear.

The Duotts C29-S is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes from ZOOM on both the front and rear wheel. The rotors measure 160 mm and are 2.3 mm thick. The hydraulics give a direct, controllable braking feel with less hand force than many mechanical systems. That is particularly useful under heavier loads, on longer descents and in dense city traffic, where even and reliable braking matters.

Shimano Tourney 21-speed gearing for flexible pedalling.

The Shimano Tourney drivetrain with 3×7 gearing gives a total of 21 gears. The wide gear range makes it easier to adapt your pedalling to flat roads and longer climbs alike. A lighter gear gives better control on ascents, while heavier gears suit keeping a higher pace on straighter stretches. The combination of 21 mechanical gears and electric assistance gives the Duotts C29-S a traditional bicycle feel with extra motor power when you need it.

Bluetooth display, app and USB port.

The S869 display shows key riding information right at the handlebar and supports Bluetooth and app connectivity. That gives you a better overview of the bike's status and riding data on your phone. A USB port also lets you charge compatible devices while riding, which is handy for a phone or navigation. The electric horn gives a clear way to make your presence known in city traffic.

Front and rear lighting for better visibility.

The Duotts C29-S has lighting both front and rear. The headlight helps you see the road when the light fades, while the rear light makes the bike more visible from behind. The rear light works as a standard position light and has no integrated brake light or indicator function. The IPX4 rating protects against water splashes from different directions, which suits everyday use in changing weather. The electric bike should not, however, be submerged or exposed to strong water jets.

Relatively low weight and high load capacity.

The Duotts C29-S weighs 24 kg and handles a maximum recommended load of 150 kg. The recommended rider height is around 155–180 cm and the bike measures 1700 × 680 × 1000 mm. Home delivery or pickup point

• Smaller parcels: if the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, you will receive a notification about collection or a new delivery attempt.

Warranty period

• 2-year warranty: applies to all products – electric vehicles, accessories and spare parts – in addition to your statutory rights.

EU-wide rules

• Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
• Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
• More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
