Product description

Wheely L3 – foldable mobility scooter for smooth everyday freedom.

The Wheely L3 is a practical and foldable mobility scooter for those who want more freedom in everyday life without compromising on comfort, stability or ease of use. With dual 250W motors, up to 50 km range, a 36V 18Ah battery and three speed modes, it is built for daily errands, shorter trips, walks and smooth mobility in urban environments. The compact design, adjustable handlebars, comfortable seat and included basket make the Wheely L3 a safe and reassuring choice for those seeking an electric mobility scooter with both range and flexibility.

Dual motors for stable riding.

The Wheely L3 is equipped with two 250W motors, providing balanced and stable power distribution. The dual motor drive makes the mobility scooter feel secure at start-up, at low speeds and during everyday riding on flat roads or gentle inclines. With a climbing ability of up to 12°, it assists on mild hills, ramps and uneven passages. This makes the Wheely L3 practical for those who want a reliable mobility scooter at home, around the neighbourhood and on daily outings.

Up to 50 km range.

The powerful 36V 18Ah battery gives the Wheely L3 a range of approximately 40–50 km, depending on riding mode, weight, temperature and terrain. This makes it a long-range foldable mobility scooter for those who want to run multiple errands, go to the shops or take longer trips without constantly recharging. Charging time is approximately 6–7 hours, fitting well into an overnight routine or between uses. This combination of battery capacity and efficient operation gives peace of mind in everyday life.

Three speed modes for better control.

The Wheely L3 has three riding modes that make it easy to adjust speed to suit the situation. You can choose 6 km/h for calmer environments, 12 km/h for balanced everyday riding, or up to 18 km/h when you want to move faster on suitable surfaces. The different speed modes make the mobility scooter more flexible and help you find a pace that feels safe. For many users this is an important advantage, as the ride can be adapted to both the surroundings and personal comfort.

Foldable design for easy transport.

The foldable design makes the Wheely L3 easier to store and transport than many larger models. It can be folded down to approximately 600 x 420 x 940 mm, making it practical to put away at home, load into the car boot or store when not in use. Unfolded it measures 930 x 600 x 907 mm, providing a stable yet compact format for everyday riding. For those who prioritise easy handling and portability, the foldable design is one of the model's greatest strengths.

Comfortable riding with front and rear suspension.

The Wheely L3 is built to deliver a comfortable and stable riding experience. Front and rear suspension helps absorb shocks from uneven pavements, tarmac, small kerbs and everyday surfaces. This makes the ride more relaxed, especially on longer outings. The comfortable seat contributes to a better sitting position, while the adjustable handlebars make it easier to find a riding position that suits you. The combination of suspension, seat and handlebar adjustment makes the Wheely L3 easy to live with every day.

Stable wheels for a secure feel.

The Wheely L3 is fitted with a 10-inch pneumatic tyre at the front and an 8-inch solid tyre at the rear. The front tyre provides a smoother and more comfortable ride over minor bumps, while the solid rear tyre reduces the need for tyre maintenance. The combination delivers a stable and secure riding feel in everyday use, especially when riding at low speed, turning or manoeuvring in tighter spaces.

Disc brakes and clear lighting.

With two disc brakes, the Wheely L3 has reliable stopping power when you need to slow down or stop in a controlled manner. The braking system provides a reassuring feel in everyday use, particularly at junctions, on inclines or when the surface changes. The mobility scooter also has front and rear lighting, making you more visible and helping you see better in darker environments. The electric horn makes it easy to alert others when needed, and the IP54 rating provides protection against dust and water splashes in normal everyday conditions.

Lightweight aluminium frame and practical equipment.

The frame is made from aluminium alloy, providing a stable construction at a practical weight. The net weight is approximately 35.05 kg and the seat is stated to weigh approximately 7.5 kg in the packing information. The maximum load is 120 kg, making the Wheely L3 suitable for many riders. The package includes the Wheely L3, seat, basket, ignition key, charger and instructions. The basket makes it easier to carry smaller items such as groceries, a bag or personal belongings, while the ignition key provides convenient starting and extra control.

A complete choice for flexible mobility.

The Wheely L3 is ideal for those who want to buy a foldable electric mobility scooter with stable riding, good range and easy use. You get dual 250W motors, up to 50 km range, a 36V 18Ah battery, three speed modes, front and rear suspension, disc brakes, front and rear lighting, adjustable handlebars, an ignition key, an electric horn, a seat and a basket. The compact design makes it easy to store, while the stable construction makes everyday journeys more comfortable. Order the Wheely L3 from Wheelyshop and choose an electric mobility scooter that makes every day more flexible, safer and more independent.

Laws & rules

EU-wide rules
  • Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
  • Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
  • More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
