Product description

HX S20 for convenient transport with a seat and storage.

HX S20 is a practical electric scooter for riders who want to combine everyday transport with extra comfort and storage options. The model has a 350W nominal rear hub motor with up to 700W peak output, a 36V 7.8Ah battery and up to 40 km of range. The integrated seat makes longer rides more comfortable, while the storage compartment under the seat and the open front basket make it easier to bring small shopping, bags and everyday items. With front and rear suspension, 10-inch air-filled tyres and a maximum load of 120 kg, HX S20 is a versatile electric scooter for city riding and daily errands.

350W nominal motor with up to 700W peak output.

HX S20 is driven by a rear hub motor with 350W nominal output and up to 700W peak. The motor delivers steady power for commuting and everyday riding, while the peak output gives extra response under acceleration and when the road starts to climb. The top speed is 32 km/h and the climbing ability is up to 20 degrees. Rear-wheel drive gives a natural push forward and works well for starts, acceleration and riding up gentler hills. Three riding modes make it easy to adapt speed and energy consumption to the situation.

36V 7.8Ah battery with up to 40 km of range.

The 36V 7.8Ah battery gives the HX S20 a range of up to 40 km. That suits daily commuting, shorter shopping trips and other journeys where you want to use the electric scooter several times between charges. The battery system works together with the BMS to manage energy and protect the battery during use. A full charge takes around 4–5 hours with 42V 2A charging. Range is affected by speed, rider weight, temperature, terrain, wind and tyre pressure.

Seat with integrated storage for a practical everyday.

One of the HX S20's clearest advantages is the multifunctional seat. Under the seat cushion is an integrated storage compartment with room for small everyday items, making it easier to carry what you need without a separate backpack. The seat also allows a more relaxed riding position over longer distances. The combination of seating comfort and hidden storage makes the HX S20 especially practical for errands, commuting and other everyday trips where both comfort and load space matter.

Front basket with room for up to 20 kg.

The open front basket gives the HX S20 additional storage capacity right in front of the rider. The basket handles up to 20 kg and suits groceries, small bags or other items you want within easy reach during the ride. Together with the storage under the seat, you get an electric scooter with unusually good carrying capacity for its size. That makes the model appealing if you want to use electric transport not just for commuting, but also for shopping and other practical everyday tasks.

Front and rear suspension for a smoother ride.

HX S20 has shock absorption both front and rear. The front suspension helps absorb impacts from uneven tarmac, joints and small potholes, while the rear shock absorber reduces the vibration passing through the frame and seat. The combination gives a more comfortable and stable ride when the surface varies. If you sit for most of the journey, the suspension becomes even more important, as it helps reduce the strain from uneven roads.

10-inch air-filled tyres for better comfort and grip.

The 10-inch pneumatic tyres add further shock absorption and give the HX S20 stable contact with the surface. Air-filled tyres roll smoothly over small bumps and suit tarmac, cycle paths and other common urban surfaces. The combination of air-filled tyres and dual suspension gives a more comfort-oriented ride than simpler models with solid tyres. That makes the HX S20 well suited to riders who prioritise comfort on both short and longer trips.

Two disc brakes for controlled braking.

HX S20 is fitted with disc brakes front and rear. That provides braking force on both wheels and helps you control speed more steadily in both normal riding and quicker stops. The braking system complements the low centre of gravity, the wide air-filled tyres and the seated riding position. For everyday city riding, this combination gives a safer, more predictable feel when you need to slow down at junctions, in turns or in denser traffic.

LED lighting and ambient light for better visibility.

HX S20 has LED lighting front and rear as well as ambient light along the chassis. The headlight helps light up the road as it gets darker, while the rear light makes the model clearer from behind. The side lighting adds further visibility while giving a modern look. The IPX4 rating protects against water splashes from various directions, which suits everyday use in lighter weather changes. The model should not, however, be regarded as fully waterproof or exposed to submersion or strong jets of water.

Foldable design for easier transport.

HX S20 folds to take up less space during transport and storage. Unfolded, the model measures around 1130 x 500 x 1030 mm and folded around 1130 x 500 x 540 mm. The quick folding mechanism makes it easier to store the electric scooter at home or transport it in a larger boot. Net weight is 19 kg, which keeps the model fairly manageable despite the seat, storage and dual suspension. The frame is built from steel and handles a maximum load of 120 kg.

Cruise control for more comfortable longer distances.

Cruise control helps the HX S20 hold a steadier pace on longer, straighter stretches. It reduces the need to keep the throttle in the same position for the whole journey and contributes to a more relaxed ride. The function pairs especially well with the seat when you use the electric scooter for longer everyday trips. Three riding modes also let you adapt the response to the traffic environment, speed and how much battery you want to use.

Choose HX S20 for comfort, storage and everyday practicality.

HX S20 combines 350W nominal motor output, up to 700W peak, a 36V 7.8Ah battery and up to 40 km of range with features that make everyday life easier. You get a comfortable seat, integrated storage, a front basket with up to 20 kg load capacity, front and rear suspension and 10-inch air-filled tyres. Add dual disc brakes, cruise control, LED lighting, ambient light and a foldable design, and you get a flexible electric scooter for commuting, errands and shorter transport. Order your HX S20 at Wheelyshop and choose a practical electric transport solution with extra focus on comfort and storage.

Laws & rules

EU-wide rules
  • Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
  • Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
  • More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
