Product description

GYROOR H40 electric scooter for children, with safe and fun riding.

The GYROOR H40 is a compact electric scooter for children aged 8 and over, combining easy control, colourful lighting and performance tailored to younger riders. Its 180 W motor delivers a top speed of 16 km/h, while three riding modes make it easier to adapt the ride to the child’s experience and surroundings. A 21.6 V 2.6 Ah battery provides a range of up to 16 km and approximately 40–60 minutes of riding time. With puncture-proof tyres, E-ABS, a foot brake, an adjustable handlebar and an LED display, it is easy to use and fun to develop riding skills on.

180 W motor with a top speed of 16 km/h.

The GYROOR H40 is powered by a 180 W motor designed for smooth, controllable riding. Its top speed is 16 km/h, and three riding modes let you choose a level that suits the rider’s experience. This makes it suitable both for children still learning to handle an electric scooter and for those who have become more confident. The motor can handle inclines of up to 10 degrees, providing extra assistance on small hills and gently undulating routes.

21.6 V 2.6 Ah battery with a range of up to 16 km.

The 21.6 V 2.6 Ah battery has a capacity of 56.16 Wh and provides a range of up to 16 km under suitable conditions. Riding time is approximately 40–60 minutes, depending on the selected mode, rider weight, inclines, temperature and surface conditions. This gives children plenty of time for play and short local rides. When the battery is empty, a full charge takes approximately 2 hours, so the GYROOR H40 can soon be ready for the next ride.

Three riding modes for better control.

Three riding modes make it easier to adapt the GYROOR H40 as the child develops their skills. A gentler mode is useful for practising starting, steering and braking, while the higher modes offer more speed as experience grows. The straightforward thumb throttle makes acceleration easy to control without complicated controls. Multiple speed levels and a limited top speed of 16 km/h provide a more predictable riding experience for younger riders.

E-ABS and foot brake for controlled stops.

The GYROOR H40 uses a dual braking system with electronic E-ABS and a mechanical foot brake at the rear wheel. The electronic brake can be activated directly from the handlebar to slow down smoothly, while pressing down on the rear mudguard provides an additional way to brake. Two separate braking methods make it easier for children to learn to stop in a controlled way. The scooter is also UL 2272 certified for electrical safety.

Puncture-proof tyres for less maintenance.

The front wheel measures 7 inches and the rear wheel 6.5 inches. The tyres are solid and puncture-proof, so they do not need inflating and eliminate the risk of punctures. This is practical for a scooter used regularly for play and short everyday rides. The GYROOR H40 has no suspension and is therefore best suited to relatively smooth surfaces such as asphalt and other paved areas. The durable tyres keep maintenance simple for children and parents alike.

Colourful ambient lighting and a front light.

Ambient lighting along the deck gives the GYROOR H40 a colourful look that stands out even more as the surroundings get darker. The front light helps the rider see ahead in lower light, while reflective details make the scooter more visible. This combination of lighting and colour effects is practical and makes riding more fun for children who want a scooter with a distinctive design.

LED display with essential riding information.

The integrated LED display shows riding information directly at the handlebar. Children can quickly check their current speed, selected riding mode and remaining battery level without using a phone. The clearly presented information helps them keep track of their ride. Simple controls let the rider focus on the route and steering rather than complicated settings.

Adjustable handlebar that grows with the child.

The handlebar has three height settings, making it easier to adapt the GYROOR H40 as the child grows. The recommended rider height is 127–160 cm, and the recommended age is 8 years and over. The recommended maximum load is 65 kg. With a net weight of just 7.9 kg, the scooter is relatively easy to move, carry over short distances or put away after use.

Compact size and easy assembly.

The GYROOR H40 measures 840 × 360 × 900–1000 mm and has a compact design for storage when not in use. It arrives largely pre-assembled and only requires simple final assembly before the first ride. The package includes the GYROOR H40, charger, user manual and three spanners, so the basic assembly tools are already supplied.

GYROOR H40 for children aged 8 and over.

The GYROOR H40 combines a 180 W motor, a top speed of 16 km/h and three riding modes with features that make it practical for younger riders. It offers a range of up to 16 km, approximately 40–60 minutes of riding time, fast charging in around 2 hours, puncture-proof tyres and two braking methods with E-ABS and a foot brake. An LED display, front light, colourful ambient lighting and a handlebar with three height settings complete the package. Order the GYROOR H40 from Wheelyshop and choose a compact, easy-to-use electric scooter for your child’s leisure time.

Laws & rules

EU-wide rules
  • Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
  • Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
  • More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
