Product description
Product description
APEFOX C14 – a practical electric scooter with a seat.
The APEFOX C14 is an electric scooter with a seat for those who want to make shorter everyday journeys more comfortable. It combines a nominal motor output of 500W with a 48V 15Ah battery, large 14-inch wheels and a practical rear basket. The result is a seated electric scooter that works well for shopping, local errands and leisurely rides. The wide footboard gives plenty of room for your feet, while the saddle creates a more relaxed riding position than a traditional stand-up model.
500W motor for smooth everyday journeys.
The 500W motor gives the APEFOX C14 the power needed for starting, urban riding and gently hilly stretches. Peak output is stated at 900W and torque at 25.55Nm, giving practical assistance when you are carrying luggage in the basket or facing an incline. The stated climbing ability is up to 30 degrees under suitable conditions. This electric scooter is primarily developed for comfortable everyday mobility and consistent power delivery, rather than aggressive performance riding.
Long range with a 48V 15Ah battery.
The 48V 15Ah battery gives this electric scooter capacity for both short shopping trips and longer local rides. The stated range is approximately 40–50 kilometres, with up to 50 kilometres under favourable conditions. Actual range is always affected by rider weight, speed, temperature, terrain, gradient and the number of starts, among other factors. For those looking for an electric scooter with long range, the battery means that many everyday journeys can be completed without charging after every use.
Comfortable riding with a seat and rear suspension.
The APEFOX C14 is a seated electric scooter that gives a more relaxed position during the ride. The wide saddle, long footboard and dual rear springs help reduce the feeling of vibrations on uneven city streets. The large 14-inch tyres also contribute to a more stable and calm riding experience than smaller wheels. The combination is especially well suited to adults who prefer to sit during the journey or who want to avoid standing all the way to the shop, workplace or a nearby errand.
Braking system for controlled stopping.
This electric scooter uses a drum brake at the front and a mechanical disc brake at the rear. The combination gives braking force from both wheels and helps you adjust speed in a controlled manner. The plastic mudguards reduce the amount of dirt and water splashes that reach the rider and the vehicle on wet surfaces. The model has an IPX4 rating, meaning it can handle light water splashes but should not be considered waterproof. Avoid heavy rain, deep puddles and pressure washing.
Foldable electric scooter for easier storage.
The folding handlebar stem reduces the height when the APEFOX C14 needs to be stored in a garage, storage room, motorhome or a suitable boot space. At a net weight of 24.5 kg, this is not a lightweight electric scooter intended to be carried over long distances. The foldable construction does, however, make occasional transport and compact storage more manageable. The unfolded product dimensions are approximately 1300 x 480 x 1020 mm. The iron frame provides a robust foundation, while the recommended maximum rider weight is 150 kg.
Practical basket for shopping and luggage.
The rear basket makes this electric scooter especially useful for groceries, smaller packages, a bag or other everyday items. You can avoid carrying everything on your back and get a more practical solution for shorter local errands. Luggage must always be placed securely and must not affect balance or braking. The APEFOX C14 also has an ignition key, giving clear start control when the vehicle is parked. The throttle is a half-throttle type and the model has no app connection, making it straightforward to use without a mobile phone.
Front light and clear LED display.
The LED display shows important riding information in an easy-to-read format, so you can monitor the electric scooter's status during the ride. The integrated front light improves forward visibility when the light is poor. The model does not have an integrated rear light, so additional rear lighting is recommended when riding in darkness or low visibility. The factory speed limiter is set to 25 km/h. A stated top speed of up to 40 km/h may be available after changing the settings, but speed, use and equipment must always comply with local road regulations.
Suited to riders between 160 and 200 cm.
The APEFOX C14 is recommended for riders with a height of approximately 160–200 cm. The saddle and tall handlebars create an upright riding position that suits many adults. The recommended maximum load is 150 kg, but rider weight and luggage can affect acceleration, braking distance, climbing ability and range. As an electric scooter for adults, the C14 is particularly well suited to those who prioritise seat comfort, load capacity and stable wheels over low weight and maximum portability.
Simple charging between rides.
The battery is charged with the included 54.6V 2A charger. A full charge normally takes approximately seven to eight hours, making it convenient to charge this electric scooter overnight or between planned rides. The package includes the APEFOX C14, charger, rear basket, user manual and tool kit for basic assembly and adjustment. The packaging dimensions are approximately 111.5 x 25 x 54.5 cm and the total gross weight is approximately 26.5 kg.
Choose the APEFOX C14 for comfortable local mobility.
The APEFOX C14 brings together long range, a 500W motor, seat comfort and practical load capacity in a well-considered electric scooter. The large wheels, rear suspension and wide footboard make everyday journeys more relaxed, while the basket simplifies shopping and smaller loads. The foldable construction helps with storage, and the front drum brake together with the rear disc brake give controlled stopping power. Order the APEFOX C14 from Wheelyshop and make your local journeys more comfortable and practical.

Laws & rules
Laws & rules
EU-wide rules
- Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. - Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
- More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
