Product description

KOOLUX X3 electric bike for smooth, powerful commuting.

The KOOLUX X3 is a powerful electric bike for anyone who wants to travel more easily, quickly, and comfortably in everyday life. With a 500W motor, up to 85 km of range, and hydraulic disc brakes, you get a stable bike that's just as suited to commuting as to longer leisure rides. The rugged aluminium frame, the large 26-inch pneumatic tyres, and the thoughtful design make the KOOLUX X3 a safe choice for anyone who wants to buy an electric bike with high comfort and practical performance.

Long range for everyday use and longer rides.

With a 48V 15Ah lithium-ion battery, the KOOLUX X3 delivers a range of about 45–85 km depending on riding mode, surface, weight, and weather. That makes this electric bike especially good if you want to commute to work, get to school, or run errands without having to charge after every short trip. The long battery life gives you more freedom in everyday life and makes it easier to choose the electric bike over the car for many of your daily trips.

500W motor with strong assistance.

The KOOLUX X3 is equipped with a 500W motor that provides powerful help when you need extra pull. It's clearly noticeable on uphill climbs, when starting from a standstill, and when riding into a headwind. The motor works together with the bike's assistance modes to give a smooth, pleasant riding experience. For anyone looking for a strong electric bike for commuting, this is a big advantage, especially if you often ride longer distances or want more power in everyday life.

Speed adapted for different needs.

The KOOLUX X3 has a standard speed of 25 km/h, which makes it agile for daily use. It can also reach up to 40–45 km/h in unlocked mode where that's permitted and appropriate. That gives flexibility for anyone who wants an electric bike that works both in calm city traffic and on more open roads. Whatever the pace, you get a stable feel, while the powerful motor makes riding smooth and responsive.

Hydraulic brakes for secure control.

A good electric bike needs brakes that feel safe in every situation. The KOOLUX X3 has two hydraulic disc brakes that provide strong, controlled braking power. That's especially important at higher speeds, on descents, and when the road is wet. The brakes require less hand force than simpler braking systems and give a more precise feel. For anyone who prioritizes safety, control, and riding enjoyment, the hydraulic brakes are one of the KOOLUX X3's most important advantages.

Large pneumatic tyres for better comfort.

The KOOLUX X3 rolls on 26 x 1.95-inch pneumatic tyres from Kenda. The large pneumatic tyres provide good grip, stability, and comfort on asphalt, bike paths, and lighter gravel roads. Together with the front suspension, the tyres help reduce vibrations from uneven surfaces. That makes this electric bike comfortable even on longer rides. For anyone who wants a smoother, more stable ride, the combination of large tyres and front suspension is a smart choice.

Rugged aluminium frame with practical design.

The aluminium-alloy frame gives the KOOLUX X3 a stable, durable construction without feeling unnecessarily heavy. The electric bike weighs 28.6 kg and has a recommended maximum load of 120 kg, making it suitable for many different riders. The dimensions of 185 x 67.5 x 118 cm provide a secure riding position and good control over the bike. The design is also practical for everyday use, with a shape that makes it easy to use the bike for both commuting and leisure.

Equipped for Nordic everyday life.

The KOOLUX X3 is built to work in real everyday situations. The IP54 rating provides protection against dust and light water splashes, which is important when the weather changes. The luggage rack makes it easy to bring a bag or a smaller load, while the mudguards help keep you cleaner on wet roads. This electric bike is therefore a good choice for anyone who wants eco-friendly transportation without compromising on practical features.

An electric bike that makes every trip easier.

The KOOLUX X3 suits anyone who wants an electric bike with long range, a powerful motor, hydraulic brakes, and a comfortable riding feel. It's strong enough for hills, stable enough for longer rides, and practical enough for daily commuting. At Wheelyshop, you get a well-thought-out electric bike with a 2-year warranty and a buying experience that feels secure from the start. Order the KOOLUX X3 today and make your everyday trips smoother, greener, and more flexible.

Laws & rules

EU-wide rules
  • Electric bikes: under Regulation (EU) 168/2013 a pedal-assisted bike with a motor of max 250 W that cuts out at 25 km/h is a bicycle in every EU country – no registration, licence or insurance. Anything more powerful or faster is a moped (L1e) with type approval, registration, licence, insurance and helmet requirements.
  • Electric scooters: e-scooters are excluded from the EU regulation, so each country sets its own rules on speed, power, minimum age, helmets, insurance and registration. In most countries the limit is 20–25 km/h.
  • More powerful models: a scooter that exceeds your country’s limits may only be used on private or enclosed land.
