Product description

Nanrobot M5+ – comfortable electric scooter with more power.

The Nanrobot M5+ is a practical and comfortable electric scooter for those who want to combine smooth urban transport with larger wheels, a seat and useful storage capacity. Compared with simpler models, you get a 500W motor, a 48V 7.8Ah battery and a stated range of up to 30 km. The large 12-inch air-filled tyres, front suspension and height-adjustable seat also contribute to a more pleasant riding experience on varied surfaces. The Nanrobot M5+ also has a rear basket, dual disc brakes with E-ABS, front and rear lighting and three riding modes. This makes the model an interesting choice for shorter commuting, everyday errands and leisure riding where comfort and practical features are a priority.

500W motor for more power in everyday use.

The Nanrobot M5+ is powered by a motor with a stated nominal and maximum output of 500W. The motor gives a top speed of up to 32 km/h and the model has a stated climbing ability of up to 15 degrees. This suits those who want an electric scooter with enough power for urban riding, gentle gradients and varied everyday journeys. Three riding modes make it possible to adapt the ride to the situation and desired pace. You can therefore choose a calmer riding style when you want to prioritise control, or use a faster mode when conditions allow. Always remember to follow current traffic regulations for electric scooters and other electric vehicles where you plan to use the product, as rules on speed, motor output and use context can vary.

30 km range with 48V battery.

With a 48V 7.8Ah battery, the Nanrobot M5+ offers a stated range of up to 30 km. This gives more scope for longer everyday rides and reduces the need to charge after every shorter trip. Charging time is approximately five hours, making it easy to charge the electric scooter at home in the evening or between journeys during the day. According to the product information, the battery has built-in protection, as does the controller. Actual range can vary depending on rider weight, riding mode, speed, temperature, tyre pressure, gradients and terrain. For those looking for an electric scooter with good range for commuting and everyday use, the M5+ offers a balanced combination of battery capacity and practicality.

12-inch tyres for a smoother ride.

A clear advantage of the Nanrobot M5+ is its large 12-inch air-filled tyres. Pneumatic tyres can absorb minor bumps better than many smaller, solid wheels, contributing to a smoother feel on tarmac and other normal road surfaces. The front suspension complements the tyres and helps reduce vibrations and impacts during the ride. The tyres are not puncture-proof, meaning correct tyre pressure and regular checks are important for both comfort and performance. For those who prioritise an electric scooter with large wheels and greater riding comfort, the Nanrobot M5+ is particularly interesting, especially on longer everyday stretches where smaller wheels can feel more uncomfortable.

Dual disc brakes and E-ABS for better control.

The Nanrobot M5+ is fitted with two disc brakes together with electronic E-ABS. The braking system acts on both the front and rear wheels and is designed to provide more controlled stopping in different riding situations. This is an important feature for an electric scooter used in urban environments, where traffic, junctions and varied surfaces demand predictable control. The model also has front and rear lighting for better visibility when light conditions deteriorate. An electric horn function also makes it possible to alert those around you. The IP54 rating provides basic protection against dust and water splashes, but the electric scooter should not be treated as fully waterproof or exposed to unnecessarily heavy rain.

Seat and basket make the electric scooter more practical.

The Nanrobot M5+ is developed with everyday comfort as a priority and comes with both a seat and a rear storage basket. The height-adjustable seat allows a more relaxed riding posture, which can be appreciated on longer rides or for those who prefer to sit. The wide footboard also gives plenty of room for a stable position. The rear basket can be used for, for example, smaller purchases, a rucksack or other everyday items you would otherwise have to carry. The combination of a seated electric scooter with large air-filled tyres and a practical basket makes the M5+ a flexible solution for errands, leisure and shorter trips.

Foldable steel frame for easier storage.

The Nanrobot M5+ has a steel frame and a foldable construction that makes it easier to store when not in use. Unfolded, the model measures 1240 x 600 x 950 mm and folded approximately 1240 x 600 x 660 mm. The net weight is 21.5 kg and the recommended maximum rider weight is 120 kg. This means the M5+ focuses primarily on stable construction and comfort rather than extremely low weight. The model is also fitted with an ignition key and hook, providing additional practical functions in daily use. According to the product information, the model meets UL, CE and RoHS standards.

Nanrobot M5+ for comfortable and flexible transport.

The Nanrobot M5+ is an electric scooter for those who want more than just a simple means of transport for short distances. With a 500W motor, up to 30 km stated range, a 48V 7.8Ah battery and large 12-inch air-filled tyres, you get a combination that suits both everyday journeys and more relaxed leisure riding. The front suspension, seat and generous footboard improve comfort, while the dual disc brakes with E-ABS, front and rear lighting and electric horn contribute to better control and usability. The package includes the Nanrobot M5+, charger, tool kit, user manual and basket. Order the Nanrobot M5+ from Wheelyshop and choose a practical electric scooter with a seat, long range and the more powerful 500W motor for your everyday journeys.

Laws & rules

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.

If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.

Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.

Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.

Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.

We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.
