Range and climbing vary with rider weight, road surface, temperature and tyre pressure. The motor has a continuous rated power of 250 W and assists up to 25 km/h – the EU limits for an electric bike to be treated as a bicycle (EU Regulation 168/2013 and EN 15194).

At 22.4 kilos, with a frame that folds, the C5 gets into the boot, onto the train or into the hallway. Handlebars and saddle adjust, so anyone from 150 to 190 centimetres sits comfortably.

Control

Fourteen-inch pneumatic tyres and front suspension soak up potholes and kerbs. Twin disc brakes with E-ABS bring you to a controlled stop, and lights front and rear keep you seen when evening falls.
