These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern purchases made on the website www.wheelyshop.fr, operated by Wheelyshop (VIKADI AB), a company registered in Sweden under number 559297-7796.
By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these GTC as well as our Privacy Policy.
Sales are subject to French consumer law, particularly the Consumer Code (articles L221-1 et seq.).
1. Formation of the contract
The sales contract consists of:
- The information displayed during the order (price, delivery, product description)
- Any exchanges between the customer and Wheelyshop
- These GTC
In case of contradiction, these GTC prevail.

Buyer: Any natural or legal person placing an order.
3. Price
All prices are indicated in euros (EUR), including all taxes (VAT included in accordance with current legislation).
Free delivery for orders over €69.90.
Below this amount, delivery fees apply according to our delivery policy.
The total price is displayed before order validation.
4. Order and confirmation
After validation, an order confirmation is sent by email.
The customer must check the information and report any errors immediately.
Wheelyshop reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
- obvious pricing error
- technical problem
- product unavailability
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
All transactions are secured via certified providers.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times (for information only):
- Standard products: 5 to 10 working days
- Special orders: up to 20 working days
Carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS or equivalent.
A tracking number is sent after dispatch.
In case of delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Unclaimed packages:
Fees ranging from €29 to €499 may be charged depending on weight and volume.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Conditions:
- Unused product
- Complete product with accessories
- Original packaging kept
- Product properly protected
The customer is responsible for any depreciation due to excessive handling.
Return shipping costs:
- Accessories: €8.90
- Electric vehicles: €49 to €499
These costs may be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, with Wheelyshop reserving the right to defer the refund until the product has been recovered or proof of shipment has been provided.
8. Legal guarantee and claims
The customer benefits from legal guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
- Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
We strongly recommend keeping the original product packaging (cardboard and protective materials) during the withdrawal and warranty period. The original packaging may be necessary in case of return, complaint or transport of the product. If the original packaging is no longer available, the customer is responsible for packaging the product in a way that provides equivalent protection during transport.
For any complaint, please provide:
- The order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- The vehicle serial number (if applicable)
In case of damage incurred during transport, photos of the product as well as the original packaging must be provided.
Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
9. Commercial warranty
We offer a 1-year commercial warranty on:
- Electric scooters
- Electric bicycles
Covers in particular:
- Motor
- Controller
- Screen
Exclusions:
- Misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear (battery included)
- Cosmetic damage
This warranty is in addition to the legal guarantees.
10. Retention of title
Products remain the property of Wheelyshop until full payment.
11. Transfer of risks
The transfer of risks occurs when the customer takes possession of the product.
12. Order cancellation
An order cannot be cancelled once processed.
However, you retain your 14-day right of withdrawal.
13. Use and regulations
The customer is responsible for use in accordance with French regulations (Highway Code, PMDs, etc.).
14. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

15. Customer service
Our customer service is available by email with a response within 24 hours.
16. Environmental commitment
For each order, Wheelyshop plants a tree.
17. Force majeure
Wheelyshop cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure:
- natural disasters
- strikes
- logistical disruptions
- supplier issues
18. Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you may use a mediator free of charge:
